电话面试后又要求做在线测试是什么情况？

电话面试后又要求做在线测试是什么情况？

有同学遇到类似情况吗?我是9.7电面的，后来一直没有消息，刚才收到这样一封邮件

are warmly inviting you to the second step of the whole selection process.

Please ensure the test is completed by yourself. A validation test might

be in place during the later selection process to ensure the authenticity

of your test result. Please complete the test before deadline. Otherwise,

you will not be included in the further selection.

Please complete the assessment by 14Oct 2011.

为什么电面后又要在线测试呢?不是应该f2f了吗?奇怪。。。ps.当时网申后没有做过在线测试
